There are limited amount of products that I will buy over and over. I love to experiment and find different low cost products to try out. But this Maybelline lip balm I will buy over and over. The first thing that I love about this lip balm is the way it comes on. It comes on smooth and after some time it has a moisturizing coating effect, and not to mention it has SPF 20! The scond thing that I love about this balm is the way it comes on. It does not come on like lipstick, which can be bright and a little intense, it lightly tents your lips to give you that same effect. I liked this product so much that I even went out and bought two more after trying it! I recommend this to anyone that asks and believe it or not it is only $2.47 at your local drugstore!

What I like about fashion: It expresses your personality and confidence. You can dress the way you feel and helps with your confidence.

I noticed Clara because of her floral print skirt and her boho style! She exuded confidence and rocked her own individual style. She said she was not scared to mix and match and push the envelope of fashion with her choices.

This fall for my is all about having a comfort, effortless style! I like darker colors-burgundies, navy blues, and blacks! Leather Jackets and tailored blazers is a must for the appending cold weather. What is great about the cold weather is that you can layer anything and make it look stylish. Don't be afraid to put different prints together! MIX AND MATCH! (Plaid is very trendy for fall 2013!)
Down below are just a few items that I have prepared for fall!! xoxo

Okay, so I know what you guys are thinking... THIS GIRL IS CRAZY!  vaseline?excuse me?  here it is, vaseline is probably one of my favorite things around for my lips!  Not only is it soft, but it makes your lips smooth for hours! I have extremely dry lips, especially in the fall and winter, so I put it on before I go to bed. It takes all the dryness away and makes my lips baby smooth. It also makes lipstick come on smooth and even helps it stay on longer (ALSO MAKES THEM SHINEY WITHOUT LIPGLOSS!) This is one thing that I always have in my purse and school bag that I can NEVER go without. I highly recommend giving this little oddity a try!

NYX make up has recently become my favorite brand! Not only is it cheap, it comes on smooth and has an eye brightening effect! This is a drug store brand that I think can be matched up with M.A.C or Urban Decay! What you see is NYX Illuminator in pink. This comes on just like blush, but has a glowing effect to it. NYX (Love in Paris) shadow palette is a mixture of shimmery golds, yellow and brown. This BY FAR is my favorite palette that I own! this can be worn for a natural look during the day and up the browns for a nice smokey eye look at night.

So it’s Monday morning and your alarm goes off at 7am. You turn over and give that jolting piece of plastic a whack.  This scenario is the story of my life every single Monday. It is hard to find that motivation and strength to get up to your responsibilities; especially after a long weekend. But there is one thing that always peps me up and makes me forget that it is the start of the new week.  There is a certain song called “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” by the band Journey that ALWAYS gets me motivated.  There is something about the up beat temp and lyrics that gets me going!  I mean seriously, who can’t get motivated with someone screaming, “ DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’” at you?  So the challenge for you this week is to get PUMPED up and make this week the best   possible yet!

Why I love fashion: It's a way to express yourself without speaking. Fashion makes a point when you enter the room, and depicts who you are through how you style yourself.

Standing at a staggering 4''11, it is hard sometimes to find things that fit. I have to go through at least ten different styles of pants to find the "perfect" fit. Sometimes even that can be troubling and leaves you wanting to give up. BUT I DON'T!!  Yes, sometimes I have to go into the dressing room a billion times, and YES I still have to roll my pant leg up or get them hemmed. But this does not discourage me!
People even ask me how I can wear long maxi dresses. The simple answer to that is. I WEAR IT CORRECTLY. Yes short woman think that they can't wear maxi dresses because it will make them look even shorter, or what people would say "stumpy."  But the simple way to fix that problem is the cut of the dress and how it lays on your body.  If you pair a maxi skirt with a tank you can elevate the skirt on your body to make your torso shorter or longer. EASY! you just simply move the dress to lay on your natural waistline or move it a little past your belly button. This changes the look of the outfit significantly in just a few steps!

A lot of people use the excuse "I don't wear cute clothes because I want to be comfortable." This becomes the object of conversation between new mothers, and in my case college age students. Everyday I try to put forward effort to have a look that is comfortable and assessable for a long day of studies. You can still be comfortable and look good while you are going to the library to study, or while you are going to the nearest store to get food for the little one. It is all about confidence and putting your best foot forward!
